The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) will work alongside the Commercial Operations team to support the delivery of product and sales related information across multiple channels. The BDC will provide dynamic and flexible support to the Commercial Operations team with a specific focus on gaining experience in producing sales communications and maintaining marketing assets. The BDC will also have the opportunity to participate in the business development process and gain direct experience in developing commercial opportunities.

The BDC will support the following areas:
– Sales Communications
– Communication process coordination
– Other projects as identified Summary of projects:

1. Sales Communications
Web updates and maintenance
Sales copy writing, editing, collation and quality control
Ad hoc business communication projects

2. Business Development
Market research and lead generation
Participation in the assessment of new sales initiatives

Key Qualifications
You are a determined, energetic self-starter with a results oriented approach to work. Personable, intuitive and able to think on your feet you will have strong relationship building skills. With excellent presentation, verbal and written skills you will be a natural communicator. WordPress and CRM experience desirable.

The role will be focused on supporting the Commercial Operations team to review, improve and deliver on sales projects. Activities will include assessment of current communication processes and vehicles, writing and publishing communications and cross-functional project coordination. You will be involved in reviewing content and mastering the art of sharing Apscore’s story in all environments.

You will be studying or have finished studying Media/Journalism, Communications/Marketing and/or a Digital Media discipline. You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a proficiency in editorial content production. You will also be keen to develop experience in creating and nurturing business relationships and growing your network.
